Shipping Policy

At Glass Skin, we aim to deliver your authentic Korean skincare safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation via PayFast

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • Orders are not processed until payment has successfully cleared


Delivery Timeframes (South Africa)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying / regional areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where an error has occurred on our part


Courier & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped using reputable South African courier partners

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels after dispatch


Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate delivery details

  • A valid contact number

  • An address accessible during business hours

Glass Skin is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address details

  • Failed deliveries caused by customer unavailability

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the courier


Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer error or unavailability:

  • Re-delivery fees may apply

  • Refunds may not be issued for shipping costs


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Do not open or use the product

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product

Approved claims will be resolved in line with our Return & Refund Policy.


Order Issues & Investigations

If a parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please notify us within 7 days

  • Courier investigations may take 5–10 business days

  • Refunds or replacements are subject to courier confirmation


Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.


International Shipping

At this time, Glass Skin ships within South Africa only.
International shipping will be introduced at a later stage.


Force Majeure

Glass Skin is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or courier disruptions.
