Payments (PayFast)

We accept payments via PayFast, which supports:

  • Credit & debit cards

  • Instant EFT

  • Other PayFast-supported methods

By completing a purchase, you authorise PayFast to process your payment on our behalf.

All payments must be successfully authorised before an order is confirmed.

Order Confirmation & Acceptance

  • An order is only confirmed once payment has cleared via PayFast

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

    • Payment failure

    • Suspected fraud

    • Incorrect pricing or stock errors

If your order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed via PayFast.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Glass Skin is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

Incorrect delivery details may result in delays or failed delivery, for which refunds may not apply.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products:

  • Opened or used products are non-returnable

  • Refunds are processed only via PayFast

Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Where applicable, CPA provisions will apply.

Chargebacks & Payment Reversals

Customers agree to contact Glass Skin directly to resolve disputes before initiating a PayFast reversal.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Order investigation

  • Suspension of future purchases

  • Loss of refund eligibility

Intellectual Property

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Text

  • Branding

is the property of Glass Skin and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Glass Skin shall not be held liable for:
